We would like to thank you for applying to the Global Students’ Idea Factory 2025.
We are pleased to inform you that your application has been selected. Congratulations!
For the next step, we would like to ask you to provide the following information and documents to finalize your participation in our project.
- Pledge of Participation
- Proof of Eligibility for Enrollment (copy of the Student ID card)
An electronic signature system (Adobe Sign) will be used to submit the Pledge of Participation. You will be contacted by E-mail at a later date at the E-mail address you provided when submitting your entry.
On this page, we ask that you submit proof of your current student status. As proof of your current student status, please submit a photo or scanned image of your student ID card. If you submit a photo, please take care that it is not unclear due to shadows or blurring.
If you have successfully submitted your application, you will receive an email at the address you entered confirming that your submission has been completed. Please be sure to check this email. (It may take some time for the confirmation email to arrive (usually around 10 minutes). If you do not receive it, please check your spam folder and make sure you have entered the correct email address. If you have made a mistake, please re-submit your application using the correct email address.
Note: There are a lot of mistakes in the email addresses. Please check again before submitting.
Your participation will be officially confirmed once you have submitted the required documents, answered all the questions on this page, and submitted the Pledge of Participation form that will be sent to you separately.
Once you have submitted the Pledge of Participation and Proof of Eligibility for Enrollment, we will send you an invitation to the dedicated Slack workspace. We will use Slack further communications, including important notifications. Be aware to install the apps to your PCs and smartphones for daily use not to miss any information provided by the executive committee.
